FCPA convicted individual in Azerbaijan scheme profiled by World-Check in 2003
London 20 July 2009. Frederic A Bourke, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dooney & Bourke Handbag Company, was found guilty and convicted by a US Federal Court on the 10th of July of conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
