Country-Check: source updates – FATF Member Country and Observer Bodies & Orgn Countries

FATF Welcomed India as a full member of the FATF. This announcement updates current source of Country-Check on S-AML17.

On this, we have removed S-AML18 as there are only organizations listed on FATF for Observer Bodies and Associate Members.
