World-Check has today released a 2nd white paper in a series on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Titled “FCPA Prosecution: Lessons from Kay” this paper describes how two US executives were imprisoned for their part in a corrupt deal in Haiti.  Any company doing business abroad should pay close attention to this historic case against two corporate officers in the US.
